Aircraft Pre-Purchase Inspections
Before you purchase an aircraft, Limitless engineering & Consulting will perform a pre-purchase technical inspection. We will perform a thorough inspection of the aircraft documents and records, all relevant data, and a physical inspection of the aircraft. We will inspect the repairs done and the quality and status of the engines, APU, and landing gears. Our technical experts will prepare a full report, risk assessment, and forecast and recommend the approach for a possible purchase. Aircraft Mid-Term and Annual Lease Inspections
During the lease term, the end-user is responsible to act as a good asset keeper. However, you, as the owner, need to know if your aircraft is up to the standard as agreed upon and expected. It will also give you an indication of what the risks are of having the asset placed at that end-user and what is needed if you need to unexpectedly need to re-market the aircraft. We will perform a records/document inspection and physical inspection on the aircraft in order to determine the quality. From this inspection, a report is provided on which you can determine the state of the aircraft during the lease term.
Aircraft Pre-Delivery and Re-Delivery Inspections
When the lease term is about to end it is necessary to have a clear view of the state of the aircraft. A thorough inspection is required to determine the financial and schedule risks. What is needed to get the aircraft up to the standard which is required according to the agreed re-delivery conditions? We perform a full record inspection, determine which modifications are needed and inspect the quality of the aircraft. From this inspection, a full aircraft assessment report will give a clear view of what to expect from you as the owner of the asset and how to approach the end-of-lease conversations with the end user.
